Take property that could be developed and we can either buy that density down or buy that development right down through an easement.

Or we can buy it outright in Fort Pemberton.

Just recently, this week, had the ribbon cutting at Fort Pemberton.

So there are different examples of things that we can do.

And frankly, things that we should do when appropriate.

It's economics, right? I mean, those are conversations not just on River and Lokes, but I mean, on a variety of different properties.

Going back to

our discussion about Fort Pemberton, I mean, there was some real question about whether that funding was going to happen for Fort Pemberton, because there was a concern that I think it was about six million bucks to acquire that land, whereas six million bucks could have potentially acquired much, much more land out in the more rural parts of the county.
