So I did the Chico wildflower, which was a hundred mile century ride.

And then leading up to that, I did a 50 mile bike ride where I literally rode all the way around Folsom Lake.

I rode from my house up to Auburn, down the confluence up to cool.

Yeah, downtown Dorado Hills, down Green Valley Road to Auburn Folsom and all the way back around.

Wow.

Literally rode all the way around Folsom Lake.

Um, I was a Boy Scout growing up, so we spent a lot of time canoeing, kayaking, rafting, um, a lot of outdoor time, and, and yeah, the river was kinda central.

And Folsom Lake was kind of at the top of our section of the river, so Folsom Lake was also kind of a, a draw.

I don't know.

I mean, I'm a, I'm a very skittish parent, and I don't know what I would be more afraid of, uh, kids, like, living in snake country or kids living by a river.
