I totally agree with estrogen priming or however we want to help suppress that FSH level.

Understanding that the medications we're giving you, whether it's Gonal F or Follistim or Menopur, all of those have an FSH component.

So we really want to kind of hit your ovaries hard at the beginning to get those little follicles growing.

And ideally, hopefully you'll get quite a few.

that's the route that I took.

And I was extremely fortunate to have a friend who donated a lot of her Follistim to me, which was a huge expense.

And that came in really clutch.

So she saved me tons of money.

So our question for today is, can a low intervention approach ever be better? I've done two stem cycles with very low blast rates.

First, 150 of Follistim, 75 of Menopur, Provera.

She had eight M2s, 100% ICSI fertilization, one blast.

The second, I had 225 of Follistim, 225 of Menopur, Ganerolix, seven mature eggs, 100% ICSI, zero blast.

I'm 36, 2.5 AMH, everything normal.

My husband had 2% morphology, hence the ICSI, otherwise normal.
