So those engineers who were working on a Spanish project that would become the G3 brought that back, started, uh, started the company there in Oberndorf, um, created the G3, the 762 battle rifle that between it and the FN FAL were really the dominant NATO rifles throughout that time period, um, and then would continue on supporting law enforcement military contracts, so they would make pistols, and you can see submachine gun is just a derivative of that basic G3 design, um, until we've grown to where we are today as, as really the premier small arms, uh, company for, um, the global, uh, market.

And I think the things, you may look at this and know H&K because of a submachine gun that you saw in a Hollywood movie, or maybe you bought a VP9, um, but I think one of the things that really separates H&K from some of the other gun manufacturers is the, the breadth of our catalog, not only just throughout the decades, but just what we offer.

You know, might be another firearms company that they're just known 'cause they make, uh, revolvers or over or under shotguns.
