If you were looking to pursue value jurisdiction-wise, is there a jurisdiction or a neighborhood where there might be, uh, buyer value or, or leverage more so than others?

S- s- If I may say, sometimes when there's value in certain areas, right? So you can get maybe a better deal in Fluvanna or Louisa than you can in Greene.

But what you also have to do is weigh out all the other metrics, 'cause it's never just an amount, right?

Community pressure forced the cancellation of a festival scheduled in Preble, New York.

And last week, sponsors of a Memorial Day festival in Fluvanna County, Virginia, called it off just before the county supervisors were to act on citizens' complaints.

The Carbondale battle will go to court on Tuesday.

Circuit Judge Rodney Scott will hear two suits to stop the festival, one brought by the state of Illinois, the other by concerned citizens, Southern Illinois University and the Jackson County Supervisors.

And he's asking a very relevant, which gives us a segue into the local issues today.
