All right, Fred, so we're gonna dive into this month's topic has been forgiveness, and you're a student leader in the 365 Daily English Fluency system.

And we're going to dive a little bit deeper, and I want to say this, you already know this, but for the person listening, for the student listening, we're diving deeper into the topic of forgiveness, specifically letting go without excusing what happened when someone has hurt you.

Now, sometimes forgiveness gets confused with saying what happened wasn't that bad, but letting go doesn't have to mean erasing the harm.
