Florida's 20th congressional district

So this is an illegal, uh, a facility being used unlawfully, treating people, uh, li- like y- you would people you're torturing, and we have to bring it to a stop.

I wanna talk more about the midterms here, because you decided to run in Florida's 20th District after the rare mid-decade redistricting.

This 20th District is a deep blue seat represented by Black lawmakers for decades.

Uh, Congressional Black Caucus Chair Congresswoman Yvette Clarke told Politico in August it was a, quote, "painful situation" to, quote, "have a beloved colleague who made a decision basically to run in a district where historically there's been CBC representation." And she said, "I know that the community has been really disrupted by it." What, what do you say to that?

Well, I'm very grateful and thankful that I won the Democratic primary.
