It's how much did I learn?

I feel like we were like an unlikely pairing in the Florida State Guard.

I think

we were the most unlikely pairing out of the entire Florida State

... with Greece on this, but, you know, when you look at the questions of ports, when you look at, uh, you know, the interoperability of our forces, we were able in h- honestly a pretty nice one you spoke about, uh, the, the Secretary's connections to Florida.

National Guard, excuse me, be able to, uh, have greater partnerships with Greece moving forward as part of a program that we work, uh, on here at this, the, the State Department, the, with the Department of War, to be able to create those connections, um, be- between our, our National Guards and the militaries of other countries.

And again, this is really building on a partnership that already is very strong and looking at new ways to expand that to make it even stronger and keep the American people safer.

Executive Order twenty-six two oh two extends the state of emergency to twenty-seven counties, up from the twenty-five named when the order was first issued.

Roughly five thousand National Guard members are expected to be mobilized by Friday and pre-staged across the impact area, alongside nearly four hundred Florida State Guard soldiers assigned to damage assessment, route clearance, distribution points, and search and rescue.

More than six thousand linemen and restoration personnel are on standby.

Mandatory coastal evacuations are in effect in Okaloosa, Walton, Escambia, Santa Rosa, and Franklin Counties, with a voluntary order in Bay County covering two zones plus mobile and manufactured homes countywide.
