Well, welcome back in to Impact Leadership.

Hopefully, you heard last week's episode where we had a conversation with my friend Dr. Larry Barrett, who is the president of Florida Gateway College here in Lake City.

We've developed a friendship over the years and, and I respect Dr. Barrett because he is a visionary leader, and in the field of education, I don't feel like you see that all the time, but he's a guy with a big vision, and he finds a way to get it done.

Well, Dr. Barrett is here.

He is the president of Florida Gateway College, and we've developed a friendship over the years, running in some different circles, talking leadership and things.

And one of the things that I've always appreciated about Dr. Barrett, especially inside the field of education, because I don't feel like you see it in the field of education as much, but Dr. Barrett is a visionary leader.

He leads with a big vision, chases the big vision, and then somehow some way finds a way to get it done.
