Florence Littauer

It's an older book.

It's written by an author called Florence Littauer, and it's probably less recognized than some of the others that have picked up steam in recent years.

But it has genuinely changed how I both understand myself and see the world around me.

See, understanding my own wiring has helped change things as ordinary as how I structure my own daily routine, how I leverage my natural tendencies to actually be effective instead of fighting against how I'm built.

But there's a place for those people.

So the first thing I did was create a seminar called Personalities in the Workplace, and I took the personalities, and the one I use is from Florence Littauer's book, Personality Plus.

Mm-hmm.

And you look at how people are wired.
