This is where the story really opened up because once we started putting her cycles one next to the other instead of treating every month like its own isolated event, we could see the time between suspected ovulation and her next true period was consistently shorter than what she realized.

Where PCOS can make the conversation more complicated is figuring out whether ovulation date that you're counting from is actually believable in the first place.

Because flow will put a little flower on cycle day 14 and confidently tell you ovulation day, like flow personally escorted that egg out of your ovary and waved goodbye.
