Flipping Out

to listen to, okay? So today I am going to be talking about these reality shows, what is up with these reality shows, but also what's happening in the music world and just some music news, etc.

And then I'll head on up out of here, okay? First, I wanted to talk about this darn married at first sight season okay so let's not wait or hesitate let's get straight on into chatting about these reality shows and this recent season of mary at first sight okay also i had to pull up these couples pictures so that i don't mess up anybody's name so there's no real if you haven't seen the season 20 obviously it's spoiler alert the show is over so don't listen to this if you haven't watched it but this the season is over they've done the reunion okay If I could give this season a grade, I would probably give it probably like a B minus, B plus.

I definitely wouldn't give it an A.

There was an article or it was released that it was a very high rated or high viewed season in a long time.

He had, the expert said that he had, oh, Paul Brunson, I think his name is.

He had to delete a lot of dating apps off of his phone.

It's like, what are we doing? And then you have, um, Nick, who has been on 75 reality shows, I actually don't mind Nick, but was he really ready to be married? I don't know.

And Courtney was just so mean to him and she couldn't see beyond herself.

Did you hear Michael back on Jeff Lewis yesterday talking about this?

Yeah, I was just with Michael on Friday and we were talking about still flipping out.

And I mean, yeah, I mean, he now has a different job.

Like he doesn't have to deal.

He was basically explaining to Melissa Rivers that he hadn't gone to therapy or talked about his own issues because he spent so many years producing Housewives and everything.

jeff and vanderpump rules and he was absorbing everyone else's shit and had all that on his mind

oh my god michael is so good at that you and like i um i'm in a you'll see me probably in the background of a couple episodes still flipping out you know and but i got to watch you know a decent amount of that process take place and it was really exciting as a reality show viewer um but i remember the first the first there doug's birthday party i think is like the doug butin is like the first episode And there's some insane things that happened that I was like, whoa.

But then afterwards, I remember Michael walking me to my car and saying, hey, you know, just think about this.

Watching some of the housewives of Salt Lake City on Ultimate Girls Trip kind of... doesn't really make you excited because it's just more of the same.

But also at the end of the month, you have flipping out or still flipping out with Jeff Lewis, which I think goes back to your point about the podcast stuff.

Adam is, it's not a focus so much on his business and flipping homes anymore.

It's more, you know, about his, uh, his radio show, which I really enjoy.

no oh my god I love I use your energy though and you kind of see the the little smile put on over there by DeRee and then you see the two newbies on the end having a good time like I'm I'm actually this is such a great call because I thought Rachel Zoe was gonna be end-all be-all when she came on to Beverly Hills I I was wrong, but I am a big fan of Rachel Zoe and the Rachel Zoe Project back in the day.

And all that OG Bravo stuff, you know, Workout with Jackie Warner, Million Dollar Matchmaker, the original Flipping Out.

Like, that's the Bravo I love.

I mean, do you like the fact that he incorporated so many people? Because before, it used to be about him, his business-
