Flight of the Hippogriff

This didn't just elevate Universal Orlando, it elevated the industry.

Flight of the Hippogriff is a family-friendly roller coaster that invites guests to participate in a care of magical creatures lesson by Rubius Hagrid.

As visitors make their way through Hagrid's paddock, they learn the proper etiquette for approaching a hippogriff before boarding enchanted training flights designed to simulate riding one of these majestic magical creatures.

The coaster gently climbs and swoops around the grounds near Hogwarts Castle, offering stunning views of Hogsmeade and the surrounding Wizarding World.

It's fun, but it is pretty intense.

There's Flight of the Hippogriff, which is a cute little coaster that's like great for everybody, and then of course we already talked about the Hogwarts Express train ride.

So did he do any of these Harry Potter rides?

Yeah, so the first one that we went on was Hagrid's, and it was amazing.

Yeah, it's so good.

So we did Hagrid's, and then we went over and rode the Flight of the Hippogriff really quick, and Jet- Love that one, but it's so short.

I wish that it was just-

And then apparently Joe had never been on the little Flight of the Hippogriff rollercoaster, which I think is super fun.

It's super short.

If the wait's longer than 20 minutes, don't get on.

The last attraction was actually a late addition, and it was really coming from a complaint, I guess complaint of we need more kid-friendly attractions.

And this is the flying unicorn, and you can still ride this as Flight of the Hippogriff.

How late was this added? I actually can't remember.

Or even now with Hagrid's, they turned Dueling Dragons into Dragons Challenge, which was the Triwizard Tournament thing.

The Enchanted Oak Tavern became the, not Triwizard, sorry, the Three Broomsticks Tavern.

And then the Flying Unicorn became Flight of the Hippogriff.

And those all three are coming from Merlinwood.
