Yeah, the Flea Market.

So we've been in the past.

Well, that.

pretty much started with bob k i know you're familiar with him him and his business partner at a biker's garage red they were wanting to you know do some stuff up there in northwest arkansas and uh we're just looking for somebody to be able to produce the event and bring the pieces together bob worked with me at the swap meet one star swap meet and so he hit me up and was like hey man i got opportunity for you and we did like a video chat And, uh, just kind of developed from there.

They found the property.

They had an idea and wanted to do like a vintage motorcycle event, uh, something different than bikes, blues and barbecue.

She did.

I didn't see it.

oh no it's a fun time man well i'm glad they moved that too as well because uh the stampede i had fun there like i don't i don't know fort worth like you know what i mean like i think i've told you that before that i'm from dallas i know everything in dallas and all the bars all the people that run and it's like fort worth it's like i'm a straight tourist in that town you know what i mean so the swap meet this year was a was a was a good time and then the stampede last year like we we had a good time man it the you're you've talked to him recently right yeah so the whole premise this year i think it's gonna even be better than it was last year but you know

well he was talking i mean we talked and then i didn't i haven't heard anything else so

events activities taking place today first of all the downtown beaverdam farmers market that continues until noon today a corner of spring and henry streets you'll find fresh fruit and produce you'll find locally handcrafted products each saturday morning from eight until noon at the beaverdam downtown farmers market Those downtown farmers markets continue at least through September.

And there's a flea market and craft fair this weekend.

Today only, actually.

Out at the Dodge County Fairgrounds, that flea market and craft fair running from 8 until 2.

Flea Market and Craft Fair, Dodge County Fairgrounds out east of Beaver Dam.

And again, the market and fair continues until 2 o'clock.

[laughs] So I guess I'll start with this because I've been in the shoe industry much longer than Mike.

My parents actually started off at the swap meets in downtown LA in Los Angeles around the area when I was four years old.

So I remember following them along 'cause they couldn't afford a babysitter, and I would just sit in the back of the trucks and with a ice cooler.

Very unsafe now, but I would sit on some of the boxes as we were going from swap meet to swap meet.
