Um, The Bunmobile was donated in 1938 by a farmer from Flandreau, South Dakota.

Wow, French.

The Model T has shepherded homecoming grand poobahs, parade grand marshals, and even U.S. President-elect Dwight D. Eisenhower.

A marvelous band.

Right in front of us now is the Flandreau band, all decked out in red coats and white trousers.

And all these bands, a good many of the members of the band are girls.

The Michigan band were from Benton Harbor, paraded the field just a moment ago.

She is the executive director of the Minnesota Museum of American Art, has taught at the University of Minnesota and Minneapolis College, and serves on the board of Wakantipi Awangapi.

And so, you know, I went on.

I did work for two years in eastern South Dakota in Flandreau for a fertilizer and chemical company, actually.

You know, just to kind of get my… well i kind of needed a job you know and and it was a good opportunity you know and and got to work uh out of flandreau south dakota and meet some really great people there and understand sales at that point so that's what you were doing it was fertilizer and chemical and then you know you kind of talk about rodeo and things and how you get to where you're at and sometimes you know i mean I always say this, and I hope nobody cusses me for it, but you learn a lot of book things in college, but it's the people.

You need to apply them.
