We do charter services.

We actually run the FBO as well.

So we're able to kind of approach carriers that Are they the large carriers with cargo or are they smaller units that sometimes in other airports coming out of the FBO? We're kind of the best of all worlds because we can handle any aircraft shipping any item basically coming through the airport.

We have ability to temporarily stand up.

things like cool chain and those types of things as well if the customer needs that.

Yeah.

The only two late ones I ever remember was Troy and the old hanger at the FBO at the airport.

And of all other people, Cortez Allen was a Saturday night guy.

Cortez Allen.

Like I would go to conventions and that were in areas that had interest for me.

And we flew into FBOs, which for those who are not familiar, those are just areas where independent flyers can fly in and they'll store your plane and fuel you up and get you access to hotels and stuff like that.

And we stayed in hotels.

We met so many people.

I like to learn what people have gone through their journey to get to that, whatever they're flying at this time, see if they have any advice for someone at my level of flying.

And so I actually made a connection with, I had a part-time job working the front desk at an FBO while I was doing this.

And that was to help subsidize the cost of renting an airplane.

But I met a pilot who worked for NetJets and he was like, Oh, I actually have a multi-engine.

Go check it out because if nothing else, if you're not a social media person like me, where the only thing you watch is golf videos and space stuff, this can give you some inspiration and give you some ideas on how you can... fit your narrative into aviation so you can go out and make it more enjoyable as you go through the slog of not only hours building, but also talk about the financial piece of that.

Because you mentioned something right there that was very interesting.

You went out and worked at an FBO.

It's barely one airplane in four.

So the quote, unquote, everybody's on a program assumption, you hear at every FBO and every broker and every lender, well, it's not a fleet fact.

It's a finance jet fact, and that finance jet people mistake for the whole market.

Because look where the enrollment actually lives, the financable mid-life jet fleet.

And the wider point, which is the reason why this episode exists, this industry has trained owners to treat enrollment as a binary virtue.

On program good, off program bad.

Say it at the FBO and watch every head nod.

But it was never a virtue.
