It's more than aql.

One can say you need aql to get to fiqh.

Fiqh is the understanding that happens.

Allah says in the Quran that why don't some people remain behind, liyatafakkahu fid dini.

So that they can grasp.

Fiqh is divided in four major parts.

Ibadah is drawn from the Fiqh of the hearts.

Then business transactions with all of its deals and family provisions, including the meals, legal procedures, offenses of law.

Under these four titles, let everything fall.

Our attention is trained on these four.

We don't skip steps, and we don't mix issues.

My dear respected elders and brothers, in our Sharia, together with the commands and emphasis on the external aspects of our deen, which is known as Fiqh, like for example, Ibadat, Salat, Zakat, fasting, together with that there is also matters pertaining to the heart.

You will find in the books of Ahadith, There will be chapters on Salat, Zakat, but there will also be chapters pertaining to the heart.

Truthfulness, having a clean heart, and then the negatives about jealousy, about malice, about hatred, all of these you find in the books of Hadith.

Ted, are the Muslim leaders traitors as Islamic law says you have to attack a country if they wrong you, even if not in your country as Gaza is a Muslim majority? Okay, first of all, I'm not an expert on that aspect.

of Muslim law, Islamic law.

So I don't know.

But I will say that morally, I do feel that we'd be living in a better and more fair world if the Muslim countries always had solidarity against the West and were to defend each other, whether it's across the Sunni-Sia divide or not.

Certainly Gaza would not have been leveled if they had that kind of solidarity.

So Islamic law or not, I wish that had happened.

So to get a daily regiment, to get your game plan for tawbah, go to the scholar and say, ask them, what do I need to do next? And they'll give you a plan.

And then you go to the masjid and fulfill that plan.
