So I actually chose Junkyard Cats.

the question was what's a favorite book of yours and I I came across this book on an audible site it was a freebie I listened to it and I can still remember the first day the first time I was listening and I thought oh my god this is totally different it's totally out there and she sucked me in straight away to the heroine and I was saying to the girls before that I went to a um 10 Days in Tuscany Writers Retreat, the sort of thing, dream thing that writers read about.

And they sent us a list of all the, of about eight books, I can't actually remember now, about eight books that all had these amazing heroines that just jumped out at you.

And one of them was Alona Andrews.

And from Alona Andrews, I found Faith Hunter.
