Or it's an exorbitant amount like Final Girl up there.

Before it became a thing, Final Girl was something like if I ever played it, I probably would have recommended for certain things.

Not this one in particular.

But it's because it was like $500 to get everything in.

You know, I'm seeing things like...

The Final Girl, which has done so well over multiple campaigns.

AllPlay just released Enchanted Ivy this year, and that is having, you know, I'm friends with them, so hearing how well that's selling and how quickly that's selling, it's kind of eye-opening to see, like, okay, when a solo game hits, It's something that every individual gamer wants to own, right? Whereas with a multiplayer game, I might say, oh, my buddy in our game group owns it.

I don't need to own it.

And Halloween theme Final Girl is up to number 94.

See, we even tied in the Halloween theme with the Top 100 update.

That is Final Girl.

This one came out in 2021.

It is from AJ Porfirio and Evan Derrick.

But as I started working through some other feature films and started to appreciate kind of the nuances of the game, this is a really cool game.

Now, first off, you need to know this is a solo-only game.

It's a solo game where you are taking on the role of a final girl trying to take out the baddie.

You're trying to take out the big...

I'm gonna start off with the one that everybody knows and you know as the first thing that came into your mind probably when making this list.

It's gonna be Final Girl.

Final Girl is a solo only board game where you're playing Final Girl from a slasher movie.

Think Friday the 13th, Halloween, Scream.

Well, any horror movie, essentially, at this point, even Alien or The Thing, and so on and so forth.

That's cool.

Cool.

Yeah, so it's a super fun little game, uh, that is like, feels like Final Girl, but you play together.

And representing Renaissance Pictures, the one-handed man who finds fighting evil takes dead-ication, a man who's always ready to kick Ash, it's Ash Williams.

And of course, welcome back to the president of Van Ryder Games and co-creator of Final Girl, AJ Porfirio.

Why did you pick Art the Clown?

When is a tank gonna make it into a Final Girl feature film?

The Arkham Horror LCG, which is, that is a big part of hand management, for sure, but you're also using the cards in different ways as well, so multi-use.

And Final Girl.

You're, you...

That is straight up hand management in there.

Either way, you're spending money or losing money [laughs], uh, that kind of thing.

So it leads to, like, a lot of fun when it comes to those aspects.

Mostly in solo games, Final Girl and Arkham Horror LCG, I prefer to play as solo or at least two players, but it lends itself to those stressful moments that can bring that tension that you would get watching a horror movie into board games.

So for me, again, hand management or multi-use cards.
