Final Fantasy IV: The After Years

And I think it's maybe the first Final Fantasy that has a sequel.

It has Final Fantasy IV: The After Years.

The After Years.

Yeah.

Hi.

We finished Final Fantasy IV: The After Years, and I'll tell you kids, if you ever wanna host a, a book club style podcast about Final Fantasy IV: The After Years, split it into five parts, maybe even six.

[laughs]

Go on about this, Crystal.

It- it's, it's perfectly believable for me that a character would, like, actively lie to themselves about what they're doing.

Well, we, we, we, w- that's a discussion for a different podcast.

Crystal, would you say that in t- uh, perhaps we were a little bit overambitious in our scheduling for Final Fantasy IV: The After Years?

I think that we failed to respect how much of a dungeon-type game this is.

Hi.

We played Final Fantasy IV: The After Years.

We played Palom's tale, Edges' tale, Porom's tale, Edward's tale, and the Lunarian's tale.

It's a lot of tales this week.

It's a hard ability.

I don't think I do it particularly well.

I think that if you ever play Final Fantasy IV: The After Years, Monica, you will find a lot to like here.

Yeah.

Hi.

We played Final Fantasy IV: The After Years.

Uh, we played, uh...

Did we all play the WiiWare version?

It's like an N64 in the palm of my hand.

And now you could play your Super Nintendo classics while you're going to work, perhaps to support your children.

Because Final Fantasy IV: The After Years is a legacy sequel.

It is released 17 years after Final Fantasy IV, and also set 17 years after.
