They got Turkey down two days later.

And this movie didn't come back up until it was on Filmstruck in 2018.

And then Filmstruck went down, came up on Criterion.

It was still the U.S. cut.

Right.

So I hope that it's a given now that TCM, for whatever its lack of heat or, you know, money driving or whatever, is just, is, is an important enough institution.

I still remember when AT&T took over Warner Brothers and they got rid of FilmStruck 'cause it was too niche.

Mm.

But, uh, I'm hoping for the best here.

Scandal with, uh, John Hurt, Joanne Whalley, Bridget Fonda, Ian McKellen- I can't wait to watch that on FilmStruck, 'cause I can't remember what it is now.

And then, uh, Ms. Firecracker with Holly Hunter, Mary Steenburgen, Tim Robbins, and Alfre Woodard.

No. Really? I don't know about that.

Or is that when Filmstruck was still around? Yes.

uh definitely it's possible it's possible because i did i did watch like wonkar y as well in this time i was watching mirror um but no i definitely i feel like i was expecting something different the first time i watched it or the first time i watched this i still ended up loving what i got because i did give this five stars whenever i first watched it um I would still probably stand by that, honestly, even though there are, I know, I'm excited to hear what Danny has to say about some of the things because knowing that this was kind of Mizuguchi's response to Kurosawa winning or whatever overseas, I'm like, there are definitely some things that he's added in his repertoire.
