Files

And so I've noticed AirDrop is much better.

I also want to throw in here on the iPad specifically, iPadOS 27, the Files app, It's actually a brand new architecture.

And I asked Apple about this, like how did the Files app and file transfers from external drives to iPad get faster? And it's because whatever layer was between the Files app and the operating system in iPadOS 26, They've made it like the Finder on the Mac.

So the Files app on the iPad, I did like test transferring from an external SSD over Thunderbolt, significantly faster file transfer speeds.

So if you do like photo stuff or video and you're trying to transfer to an iPad, all that stuff is way better.

And the Files app in general on the iPad is way better because it's been completely re-architected.

So that's been really good.

One of the things they brag about was apps launch faster.
