Fiber One

I kind of started to hyperventilate and go, what the? Because it was just cereal forever, you know, and I didn't know what I wanted.

And I just made myself focus and slow down and think about, okay, what do I do? Oh, I think it was a Fiber One.

Yeah.

That's how I get my fiber in.

Did I ever tell you the story about Tom and the Fiber One bars? No.

She had what he thought were just some regular old granola bars.

So he's like, great, I'll have four.

They were Fiber One bars, and he really

just cleaned

I've got every kind of cereal you could imagine.

I've got Fiber One bars.

I've got Dulcolax.

I've got Dulcolax.

I've had IBSC my whole life.

No matter what I took, what I ate, if I did Metamucil, if I did Fiber One, it would be like little rabbits.

I've not had an issue at all since starting Carnivore.

Joint pain, I didn't really have a lot of.

Sometimes you're gonna fill up that hunger tank, meaning you're not gonna be hungry anymore, but you're still going to be completely unsatisfied.

So you may experience this, where you're, like, craving a cookie, but instead you have some grapes, and then that's unsatisfying, so you have some Fiber One brownies.

That's unsatisfying, so you have some peanut butter, and then you just eat and eat and eat.

But underneath all of that, you really wanted that cookie, and then you end up eating that cookie anyways because you're not satisfied with anything that- else that you ate, and you feel like crap after.

I got to be easy.

I got to do two tablespoons of Fiber One and a glass of water in the morning so I'm regular.

You know what I mean? Things like that.
