Novelist, founder and executive director of FOLD, AKA the Festival of Literary Diversity.

J.L. has authored two novels, I believe Gutter Child: A Novel, and The Stone Thrower: A Daughter's Lessons of a Father's Life, as well as three picture books and an anthology directed towards middle a- or middle-grade readers.
