thinking about what it looks like to have young people be able to see things firsthand that could be possible that they might not have imagined.
31:30
and so going back to my younger days like i would have never imagined being part of conversations like this or being able to you know engage in work like this but it kind of starts when you're young right and so if we can build programs that get people engaged early see where there's alignment across the board and then give people opportunities to make uh the choices that best fit what they want to do for their life i don't think there's anything more beneficial to what education or industry can provide than that so that's the first part and then the second part is a more uh i'm my academic background is is more focused on sociology which is self systems and society so understanding like how the education system was built based on the Industrial Revolution from where it started to where we are now.

I'm really focused on how do we align our systems to match with what's happening with Industrial Revolution 4.0. And this is not a slant or judgment on any part of the system.
32:36
But if we actually look at it in the initiatives that are aligned to 4.0, where industry is actually going and is currently Uh, we have to maintain our systems in a way that are in lockstep with those initiatives.
32:49
If we're going to maintain, um, uh, relevance across the board.
32:52
And so thinking about how the, the, the college system can incorporate artificial intelligence, the internet of things, um, automation and efficiency, uh, comprehensive digital manufacturing, like merging cyber and physical systems, like these are key areas of emphasis that we have to make sure that we continue to focus on if we're going to maintain relevance as far as workforce development goes.
