Fellowship Christian School

Today, we're bridging the worlds of high stakes athletic coaching and school-wide instructional leadership to tackle one of the biggest challenges facing modern education, getting real lasting faculty buy-in.

Joining us today is Dr. Sean Oliver, high school academic support educator, head varsity baseball coach, and girls flag football coach at Fellowship Christian School in Roswell, Georgia.

With more than a decade leading the Paladins, four region coach of the year honors, and over 200 baseball wins under his belt, Sean does not just build winning teams on the diamond and the football field.

He coaches leaders.

The school likes to make sure I mention that stuff when I go around doing things, although it makes me feel super awkward.

But I'm in my 11th year at Fellowship Christian School in Roswell, Georgia.

Before that, I was an assistant down at University Christian in Jacksonville.

My wife and I moved up here in 2016, and we've been loving it ever since.
