We aren't in the middle of a federal campaign right now, but we're seeing a great example of the federal dynamic in conservative politics as the CPC has kicked off its Conservatives for Canada campaign.

This campaign ostensibly is to reach out to Albertans and tell them why the Federation is just spiffy, and they should set aside notions of independence.

If online reactions to the campaign kick off or any indication, the response from Conservative Albertans to Polyev's overture is flat at best.

Albertans are sick of federal politicians telling them what they're supposed to think, and that includes politicians from the Conservative side of the aisle.

If not, it said it would work with law enforcement, exchanges, service providers, and forensic specialists to trace the assets and identify those responsible.

But the problem with that, what leverage do those athletes then have to get any kind of funding? Because when you boil it down, it just comes back to money.

And then I thought to myself, well, actually, it's one third of Australia's entire history since Federation.
