Federal Patent Court of Germany

Think of the German Patent and Trademark Office.

Think of the courts, be it on the infringement side or be it at the knowledge side, so the Federal Patent Court.

We need to back up nationally the European institutions, since we believe not every case is worth to go to the UPC.

So for smaller cases, we need a good national system as a backup.
