So this game, I vividly remember the... box art for this game, and also its sequel, mostly because I was a 13-year-old boy, and I believe the sequel, Fear Effect 2, which is, is it Double Helix, has two secret agents, I want to call them, or at least they appeared to be, that's what they were, in...

I would say, tight lycra with a low-hanging cleavage, probably, shooting guns.

And I was like, I want a piece of that action.

I don't think it's really been tried again since.

And in the gap between, I think, you think this came out 2000, the sequel 2001, we're very quickly into PS2 territory where you don't need to do stuff like that anymore because you just have animated backgrounds.

There is one other game I can think of that does a very similar thing, which is Final Fantasy VIII.

there is a lot of that going on and i completely agree i think it is probably closer in gameplay to a point and click game than it is to a resident evil game

And in the sequel, which you haven't played, there is parts of it that are so based

around inventory and collecting things and interacting with other things.
