If you give it correctly, the infusion, the right rate, you will not see the effects, other side effects that you see from other drugs.

I really don't think so because those drugs are focused more towards, let's say, generalized mycenae gravis, for which we never used IVID.

Um, maybe, maybe I'll jump in 'cause I wanted to, um, comment on a couple of, uh, approvals that we saw in the space, and, and, and one in particular, uh, that just recently happened is, uh, one for an anti-FcRn antibody-based treatment, uh, that J&J, uh, called Imahvi.

Uh, I believe I'm pronouncing that correctly.

But Imahvi was approved, um, for, um, actually for a second indication.

So this is a drug that was approved first in twenty twenty-five for myasthenia gravis, and, um, for those who are following the MG space, we're all very aware of the, um, remarkable success that, um, argenx, a, a very successful European biotech I used to cover some time ago, um, has had with, uh, the launch of Vyvgart, uh, which is now approved in multiple indications.

And Vyvgart remarkably is, uh, I think twenty twenty-five reported sales were over four billion.

Um, and so that was the first, uh, anti-FcRn, uh, antibody that was approved.

Um, and there have been two others that have been approved in the time since, um, with J&J's Imahvi, again, uh, initially approved in, uh, twenty twenty-five for myasthenia gravis.

So we do not separate this as a distinct, uh, call it phenotype or description.

Um, uh, in addition to that, uh, we then adopted what treatment options are available in each of these categories, and then building a class of complement inhibitors and a class of FcRn modulators to be applicable and useful, um, in the treatment of active or highly active or refractory MG, allowing really earlier integration of these novel biological therapies into therapy.

And similar to the, uh, mentioned guidelines, international and Nordic, we, um, have a strong focus also on the fact that quantitative outcome measures should be integrated, things like MG-ADL, plus also a focus on sparing steroids.

We're coming to this aspect certainly later.

And that's why, um, for the first time, we emphasize on the importance of looking to the steroid as, you know, a disease burden rather than, you know, just a treatment, um, uh, side effect.

And that's why, um, we, um, uh, emphasize the importance of optimizing the nonsteroidal immunosuppressant from the, um, uh, early onset of the disease.

And considering when you have unsatisfactory response or untolerable side effect or aggressive disease, immediate or early adaptation of the new targeted and, uh, precision, um, uh, treatment like, you know, complement and FcRn inhibitor, as well as the, um, um, B depletion, uh, therapy.

For the first time, um, we start, you know, introducing the patient-reported outcome, so MG-ADL, and quality of life improvement, um, um, considered to be mandatory when you are managing those patient to guide you throughout, you know, the, uh, treatment journey.

They are.

A combined myositis indication is a serious franchise expansion on top of the existing FCRN business.

A restriction to IMNM is an elegant orphan launch into genuine unmet need and nothing more than that.

The trial result is settled.
