Right.

So, so yeah, you're speaking about the Fawcett Society and the 2022 UK Menopause and Workplace study, right? And so I just wanna kinda delve back to some of the figures that you mentioned.

So it showed that 10% of women are leaving the workforce, like you said, due to menopause symptoms, and another 8% are staying, but they're actually pulling back from promotions, so they're not actually putting their name in the hat for promotions, right?

We need to come together.

In Britain, we had a thing called the Fawcett Society, which has been going for 100 years, promoting women's rights and looking at equality.

It's always been quite liberal feminist, and it became very pro-trans.

And loads of women resigned from it.

And they do do some feminist things, but they are fundamentally useful.

And so they have switched much back more to sex realism, to gender critical.

But the Fawcett Society has been one of those organisations that's lost.

But it sounds as if now, can easily or can, with your help, survive and move, as one of you said, the Overton window back into realism and then carry on being a greater organisation.
