And I am also curious, I mean, obviously some of this is specifically about the, like, intensified moment of genocide they were in since 2023 in Palestine, but I'm also wondering about the shifts that maybe both of you have seen since the start of the second Trump administration as well, looking then at the way that these things are being turned on domestic organizations here in the US, who maybe are not necessarily doing a ton on Palestine, but are dissenting and really engaged in the work of fighting back against some of this regime's authoritarian policies.

Yeah, I mean, it's something that I said at the start of the genocide is, you know, now that more people are being treated like terrorists, they might actually care about what's been happening to our community.

You know, they might want to know what we've been going through this whole time, because unfortunately, this infrastructure has been built You know, long before 9-11, but particularly the past 25 years has increased the police and surveillance state in the U.S. and really empowered the counterterrorism complex so deeply.

And for donors and funders to not be shaken by that, to understand it for what it is, which is a scare tactic designed to break our solidarities, to break our resourcing support, and essentially our will to act collectively and really fight for justice and for a collective well-being to continue to fund, to continue to stand beside folks and not be afraid, and then to challenge institutions to enact policies internally that reflect that kind of political value and that solidarity.
