is the Fascination Street was fun

That's the groove Of all grooves Right there Yeah And then they start throwing in some weirder stuff.

So, for example, at our date, we got an alternate ending from the 2004 Ross Robinson-produced self-titled, which is not a song I'm going to imagine the majority of people at this setlist immediately might know.

The stream was a bit glitchy during these songs, but improved quickly.

After that, it seems to be smooth sailing, with Fascination Street, A Night Like This, where we have the pleasure of seeing Gabriel Cooper, Jason's son, on sax again.

Then in comes Secrets, Push, In Between Days, Just Like Heaven, Play For Today, A Forest, From the Edge of the Deep Green Sea, 100 Years, and ending the first set with End Song.

Set two got underway with Robert apologizing he doesn't speak Swedish and babbled some other incomprehensible, to me, mutterings.

27 songs, 2 hours and 17 minutes set at this Manchester show.

And as Mark said, opened with Alone.

Into Pictures of You, High, Love Song, Burn, Fascination Street, and Alt-End.

into Push, In Between Days, and Just Like Heaven.

It is a criticism of the impossible standard The Cure have set.

When a band can play Fascination Street, A Forest, Just Like Heaven and Friday I'm in Love in the same evening, there is nowhere for merely good songs to hide.

The encore, introduced by Smith as light entertainment, thankfully understates this perfectly.
