you know i i i listened to some of the main main podcasts but i do enjoy um fantasy focus with field yates i think field yates is a huge um like he just the knowledge that guy has and able to like kind of know about players around the league i think that's huge and then like the other podcast i listen to a lot of is the ringer i think the ringer is great too um keeps you up to date.

You kind of get an idea with what's going on, putting that on on a Sunday morning, even during the week and just catching up on injuries.

Sometimes I don't even know about injuries.
