A lot of guys comprised of top 30 picks this year that really disappointed us, and we're going to go a little bit deeper, but everybody that we're going to talk about today, top 50 overall picks.

That really fell short in 2026, and it won't be injury-related.

These guys we're going to talk about, 10 players today were all healthy all season and really fell short of expectations.

And joining me today to talk about these 10 players is a dear old friend of mine.

It's Lucas Beery from FTN Fantasy, one of the best fantasy baseball players in the world.

Happy Coco Ball Friday, and welcome in to Fantasy Baseball Today on September 11th.

I am Frank Stanfill, joined by Scott White and Chris Towers.

Today on the show, Jared Jones is on fire.

Andrew Painter had a great month, and he, he struggled right when everybody was finally starting to, to add and start him everywhere.

Like, we say it all the time, but progress is not linear.

There are starts and stops along the way, and some of the most famous last words in fantasy baseball analysis are, "Ah, he's turned the corner." Um, I would like to believe that Jared Jones has just figured it out and will be great forevermore.

Um, and maybe he will run through the finish line and give us, I don't know, three more great starts is probably what he, he's got left.

But we will be focusing on the National League pennant race and how that impacts baseball.

The fantasy baseball matchups coming down the stretch here, mostly semifinals and final matchups as we get into the last two weeks of the season starting this coming Monday.

So we'll prepare you for that.

If you missed the American League-focused episode, Paul took over that on Wednesday, and I'll follow up, obviously, with the National League today.

Today, I once again look into my crystal ball to predict the 2027 third base rankings on today's action-packed episode.
