Well, I did what we were meant to do, and I watched Fall 2.

Oh, which I still haven't

seen.

Fake fan.

Always lying about how important it is to him.

Fall 2, colon, Deadpoint is the sequel to Fall.

Never in the film do they mention Deadpoint.

Hey, I watched a movie that I would say straddles the line between trash and art house.

And that movie was called Fall 2 Deadpoint.

I also watched Fall 2 Deadpoint.

I think you were really not a fan of the first Fall.

You know what? That's true.

Uh, Pressure, which is, uh, the latest D-Day film.

Fall 2, sequel obviously to Fall 1, although it was just Fall.

And Everybody Digs Bill Evans.

If you didn't, if you haven't yet heard the, uh, brilliant interview that Simon did, uh, with Bill Pullman, that was on last week's show.

They are still, in order to work, about something.

I mean, the thing may be something really, really simple like cl- you know, closed spaces.

I mean w- so for example, today we're going to review Fall 2.

I knew about the film Fall, the very first that came out, I think it was three years ago.

And, uh, but I had never had a chance to see it.

So yesterday, before I went to see the second one, literally right before that, I saw the first one at home.

... necessarily about the location and the fall, which-

Yeah

... we know it's gonna be, you know, in a similar type of a setup, um, because the title Fall.

[laughs]

Okay, that's Mum, I'm Alien Pregnant.

Next on the list is Fall 2, Dead Point, directed by the Spirit Brothers.

Now, this is a sequel to the 2022 surprise smash hit about two young women who climb a radio tower for an adventure and then get stuck.

And this one sees the sister of one of the earlier pair dare to travel to Thailand and walk the off-limits ancient plank walk around the terrifying Mount Kwan.

And they're very, very good directors.

They didn't create this, the idea behind this.

That's Scott Mann and Jonathan Frank, who in 2022 made a film called Fall, which went into cinemas, but actually really got its big fans.

following when it landed on Netflix a couple of years later.

Gee, oh, that's good.

Okay, Fall 2, Deadpoint.

Is that what that's called? Let's talk about this movie.

Yeah, it is.

It's a sequel to Fall.

Now, do you remember the movie Fall from

2022? Remind me, Fall from 2022.

This is number two called Deadpoint.

It certainly does.

But the one I know that you're excited for, and we've been waiting for a little bit because you've been talking about it for the last month or so, is Fall 2

But I can tell you now, it's going to be up there as one of the biggest movies of the year so far.

Six weeks.

And maybe until next week when Fall 2 knocks it off because, you know, I can just see it coming.
