And unlearning and retrain myself that we need to fail fast and fall forward always, and done is better than perfect, because it is a continuous cycle of improvement every minute of every day.

What, um, what advice have you received in your career, whether in healthcare or in your real estate career, that you have never forgotten and have implemented and have thought, "I need to pass this on"?

Um, probably the biggest one is fail fast.

Fail fast.

And I wanted to ask you also about, now everyone talks about AI.

There is a lot of things that you could, let's say, build, but there is also a lot of unknown, right? Because you don't know if what you're going to build is actually going to work out, so People say, okay, if you fail, fail fast.

But bigger mistakes, you say that you need to dig deeper into the problem, into your mistakes rather than fail fast.

Why do you think it's the right approach? I guess it's yours, but why do you think it's the right approach?

I think there's sort of two different things.

Yeah.

But, yeah, but, you know, fail, fail fast, move on.
