There was a lot of pressure to begin with, and now we're reaching the seven years point where Erebus' return is imminent, per se.

And I can't imagine what kind of stress you would be feeling just knowing that that's coming for you.

How do you prepare for that? How do you make sure your kingdom is safe and also have a bit of peace of mind as well?

Yeah, and thinking about it, you know, Ezran has that time to prepare, but that doesn't mean that the forces working against him and working against our team of pharaohs didn't also use that seven years as well.
