Ezequiel Tovar

Number seven is Walder Delise.

So, uh, Walder Delise is apparently like really good friends with Ezequiel Tovar, and it would be hilarious if Walder Delise is the one to replace Ezequiel Tovar, 'cause he has like a really similar batting stance and, uh, is really good friends with him.

But this is a 20-year-old shortstop or third baseman, depending on if Tovar actually makes it, I guess, uh, who was in High-A with Roldy Brito.

And kind of a reverse season.

When you take the converse, guys with the lowest percentage, these are guys that, they are the freest swingers.

So we're talking about Ernie Clement, Ezequiel Tovar, Andrés Giménez.

So these guys, look-

Yeah, none, none of those guys will surprise anybody-

But what about Ryan Ritter at shortstop? He's been there a while.

Does he retain the job over Tovar or others?

Ritter is reliable, but Tovar has higher upside.

However, Tovar's consistency has been an issue.

If Ritter plays steady defense and hits .250, he keeps the job.

But if Tovar shows flashes of brilliance in winter ball, the Rockies might give him a longer look.

It's a battle of stability versus potential.
