So our agenda for tonight's meeting, September 21st, along with the regular session minutes, the closed session minutes, and the Sanitary Commission minutes from the September 8th meeting, have all been circulated for your review.

We just held a closed session under the General Provisions Article Section 335B3 for land acquisition.

And section 3305B1 for boards and commissions and personnel.

We've got a couple different topics tonight.

The first one involves us moving into closed session to discuss this property across the street that's owned by MnDOT that has been successfully cleared with the addition of the new bridge.

We're doing work done by our engineering department.

So as we move into closed session, we've got to ask people that are in the room that aren't staff to exit the room.

So is there a motion to close this session as permitted by Minnesota Statutes 13D.05, Subdivision 3, to discuss potential acquisition of real estate?
