Does executive roundness really look like behind closed doors?

Yeah, executive loneliness is about the workplace, right? It's about the workplace isolation.

And I was looking for, when I look back at my corporate career, to try to describe the feelings, what I felt.

And I was reading all the articles on loneliness, workplace loneliness.

But before that, I was also lonely.

And that's when I came up with that concept.

And I found an article that Forbes explained and talked about the executive loneliness as well.

So basically, it means that...

So those two... led me to be insecure i never felt safe after that i remember in the job i was talking about the first three months up until the probation i felt like i was walking on eggshells and then i thought i would relax after i had a permanent contract but it didn't settle in i never felt safe again in the corporate world so if you had that sort of background and with everything else I shared combining that with when you see you know non-archivers being terminated or layoffs are happening and you are around that environment you just push yourself to drive harder to show that you can do the job and therefore it's very hard to be vulnerable in a workplace and open up about your weaknesses because you want to show the best side and that I think is the root cause of these challenges

yeah Or this executive loneliness, as you call it, right? Absolutely right.

Okay.

So at what point did you identify that this was harmful rather than helpful? And then what did you do about it?

And I just basically poured out.

I said, I want to help.

What can I do? How can I help you? And they helped me and supported me, set up a web page with a name and it was called the Race to an End of Executive Loneliness was the name of the campaign.

And I got this page and I posted it online.
