Exar Kun

I knew it wasn't Ochi because he really didn't steal anything from Ochi in I think it's the SAC run.

And then the ghost of Exar Kun.

Exar Kun is not, he's been like a cameo in one of the artifacts.

So Exar Kun is mainly a Legends reference.

So that would not have been like a canon reference.

So I X'd that one out.

Hex Howell says, Hey, Underworld, from the new Ahsoka Season 2 trailer, we see this guy with a very long double-bladed lightsaber.

I don't know the Legends characters that well, but does anyone of you also see some similarities between him and Exar Kun? um so let's let's say something here i think this is a triple bladed lightsaber i'm just gonna say that i'm not like double bladed yes uh but uh i think it's triple bladed i see three i see three beams of light in there

well and he does the thing where he ignites it kind of like darth maul and then pulls a third blade out from the middle And some people have speculated that it could be a situation where he pulls it out and it disconnects maybe.

So maybe it's like a two blades in one blade.

No matter how practical it might be.

Yeah.

So as for the connection between him looking a bit like Exar Kun, I think that is true.

They do look a little similar.

part two well said because you know what at the end of the day like you have thrawn becoming thrawn he's attacking what is left of the rebel alliance saying the empire's back he's gonna fucking come in new republic fuck you it's being done right and then you've got the flashbacks happening with ahsoka and with uh anakin and you we saw some of the outfits for what they're using for this now the the new jedi that they're everyone's questioning with his eyes and he's got his lightsaber it's a unique lightsaber because the double-bladed lightsaber it's got a middle lightsaber part two so everyone's all up in arms about this his eyes, his eyes are where they're fucking with me.

So there's Exar Kun.

There's a whole bunch of different Jedi from the past that this could be in a situation where they're training.

So I don't know what to expect.

Hard on the heels of his success with the Jedi Academy trilogy, where that was a best-selling series, introduced us to Kip Durin.

And also, you know, the establishment of Luke's temple on Yavin 4, all of these things actually referenced to Exar Kun, who was from the comics, further tying those universes together.

All of these great things that are going on.

And so he comes back following the success of Children of the Jedi by Barbara Hambly, which introduced us to Callista, who was Luke's great love.
