It's one of my favorite games of recent years.

I love, love, love that game.

Rockfish Games have announced Everspace 2 Galactic Edition for the Nintendo Switch 2.

It's a sci-fi space shooter complete with all DLC.

It's out now for £39.99. Al? I'm not going to lie.

about it.

So I think I talked last week about getting Everspace 2, which continues to vaporize my commutes on the Switch 2.

But it definitely put me in a little bit of like, I'm enjoying the pew, pew, pew laser space time.

So what else is out there? Well, there's an indie arcade space shooter called Rogue Eclipse.

The developers were kind enough to send a key.

and boy does this thing feel so good to play like it is you're behind the ship type of style so you have like that third person um uh that third person style and this is like in comparison to Everspace 2 this is like a maximalist arcade experience uh with an arabesque futurism like overlay on everything which is also really neat and it's just like waves after waves of enemies and you are just having to quickly dispatch them as best you can while avoiding getting hit.

It's super fun.

I'm having a blast with it.

So I've been enjoying that.

i also got a little bit of a gift i got a shadow drop on my switch 2 which i always love of a game that i've i've loved for a long time in everspace 2. so they released that on switch 2. i love that game speaking of good loot loops uh and progression it has tremendous progression i've always loved kind of the privateer on the outskirts of space model of space games, and it does it better than most, honestly.

And so having that on the go on my Switch 2 is just fantastic.

So Everspace 2, Final Fantasy 14, those have been my big time sucks this week.

But I've also been getting back into Trails in the Sky because second chapter comes out in the middle of September.

And while I beat the original Trails in the Sky, I hadn't beaten the remake during this go around.

But I know that you've been also playing another game in Oldie Bitty Goodie? Not so old.

It's Everspace 2.
