Hayes is prioritizing development aggressively in this window.

I think it really shows how there was a group of players who she tested in round one that clearly clicked for her and another group that clearly didn't because they're not getting those consistent call-ups.

Hayes did mention in their press conference that Macario is someone she hopes will be back by January camp, and although she's not gonna be at the World Cup qualifying matches, presumably because she's on the NCI list for the Wave, but I do think it's important to mention that Hayes very much still sees this role as an open spot for the team.

And so I could very much see both Torden and Byers making a run for a spot on the plane next summer.

I do think there's a little bit more congestion in this next position, but Evelyn Shores is an elite fullback who covers so much ground up the, up and down the left flank.

When you look at her heat maps, it's literally crazy.

But first, the team is holding their first training camp at the new US National Training Center in Fayetteville.

The twenty-six player roster includes a mix of veterans and first-time call-ups, like Atlanta-raised Evelyn Shores.
