Where would you say is the starting point? If you're a leader, if you're running a franchise or your operations of a franchise or you're the franchisor, when we talk about mindset, how important it is when you consult to starting something like a mindset conditioning training?

So the first thing I do, and I think this is really important in an organization and it's different from an organization that starts, but let's say an organization that's active, is I help the organization collectively define what the mindset should be.

So it's not the leader of the organization at their computer, let me go find some AI and ask them what they think our mindset should be or what our principles are or whatever term you wanna have.

So that there's a sense of ownership and belonging and people don't feel like they're being talked to, but they feel like they're an author of.

So I think that's really critical.

And then how do you take that mindset and incorporate it into the everyday aspect of the business itself? How do you incorporate it into job reviews? How do you incorporate it into the hiring process, et cetera? So when I was president of Carpet One, every job review started with the first question.

In your own words, what is the vision of the organization? Second question is, how do you help achieve that vision? Well, that vision is the mindset of the organization of what we're here to do and be, and understanding what it is and understanding what you do that helps achieve it.

And then you start to focus on what can you do to, if you will, influence the brand and the customer experience.
