European Union of the Deaf

We're lucky we have organizations across Europe.

So we have the European Union of the Deaf, uh, which is in Brussels, which has been very active in seeking policy and directives, and we also have the European Accessibility Act, uh, which is a disability framework focusing on possibly physical access like ramps, braille, but often sign languages are forgotten.

Uh, so it's lucky to have the EUD's presence to lobby there.

But also we've kept a close network through academics- Social and personal contact, uh, and organizational contact.
