European Stroke Conference

I'm Dr. Eva Rocha, a professor of neurology at the Federal University of Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Today, we're thrilled to discuss the highlights of the 2026 European Stroke Conference.

And for that, I have the pleasure of receiving Felipe Montegiano, member of the early career editorial board at JHA.

Felipe is a neurologist in training and researcher in Würzburg, Germany.

It's a pleasure for me to be here with you and to share some ideas about our recent ESOC a couple of weeks ago.

So the first question is: How was the European Stroke Conference? Um, what were the, the greatest highlights, and how was being there in the city with all the researchers in the stroke field?
