serious supply issue, we need to do something.

So there was the European CHIPS Act that got created as a response to what are we going to do in the semiconductor arena, because that was one of the many things that got affected hugely by COVID.

And out of that, out of the European CHIPS Act, we had then a little bit more focused activity, the CHIPS Joint Undertaking, where its mission was to create competence centers within the European Union.

And by the way, there are 30 of them.

And the thought was to create centers hubs, if you will, within each member state for semiconductors, of course, in the semiconductor ecosystem, and specifically to help small companies, SMEs, and startups.
