I have the huge pleasure to be here with Fabien Fraz, intervention cardiologist in Bern, Switzerland.

Stent might even then be deleterious and have a lower safety profile than a DCB maybe, but none of them will be effective unless the calcium is broken.

So what is your take on this? We have seen a trial by Professor Ibikini and his group at EuroPCR this year showing us some preliminary work around the use of IVL, intravascular rethrothripsy, followed by drug-coated balloons, where you make sure that you break the calcium and then deliver the drug.

So the question to you is, what do you think about DCVs in calcified lesions, and do you have any experience with it?
