Euromast

In Rotterdam, the Euromast.

appear to have been producing a mysterious whistling sound for a couple of months now and residents living around the Netherlands best known observation tower have had enough and want something done about it but there is one fairly fundamental problem nobody seems to know what is causing the noise is it haunted? Well, yeah, it's Halloween, of course, so it might be an explanation.

Yeah, she is, of course, the mayor of Rotterdam, and that was her campaign promise.

Which is about four times what Hamburg is about to charge for the Elbphilharmonie Plaza.

But the Euromast is a proper tower, while Hamburg's is essentially a balcony at 37 meters.

Exactly.

The honest reason not to go to Rotterdam, however, is scale.
